Full disclaimer: you’re about to hear from four women packed into one hotel room, chatting it up, laughing, and talking over each other into one mic!

It is kind of epic – but also filled with some golden nuggets of goodness. Tune in to hear key takeaways from Stacy Tuschl of She’s Building Her Empire, Brandy Salazar from Balance is Possible, and Rachel Adams of Lost 2 Found in 90 Days, while all at Ashley Meyer’s Mommies Hiring Mommies event.

Rachel’s Takeaway

Rachel shares that when Brandy Salazar was speaking, she talked about how during the day she’s this high-powered, successful business woman, and often carries that home, brining a kind of frenetic energy into her home space.

For Rachel, who is engaged to be married soon and plans to have kids, she’s really trying to learn to be present now and proactive with her time via time-blocking, versus reactive.

Stacy’s Takeaway

People have always described Stacy as “guarded” which I even told her after seeing her handwriting (I kind of like to study handwriting!) But Stacy always heard that as a negative thing, and wondered what she should be opening up about and sharing.

Her takeaway was when I talked about the fact that she doesn’t need to be more open – that’s just who she is. She’s selective about who she lets in because she has a certain amount of space, she’s aware of that space, and she doesn’t want to overcrowd it (which is totally not a bad thing!)

Brandy’s Takeaway

Brandy actually had two takeaways, the first being to not get hung up on thinking you need to fix something in your life that isn’t actually broken.

The second? Color coding your children! I actually do this (not really on purpose, I might add).
