As entrepreneurs and moms, our lives are made up of future plans, full schedules and urgency, which robs us of the ability to slow down and focus on what really matters.

Sometimes it’s necessary for us to pump the brakes, get quiet with ourselves and pay attention to what’s happening internally.

How do we make sure we’re not packing our schedules to avoid our real feelings?

In this delightful conversation, I’m joined by the host of the Goal Digger Podcast and author of the upcoming book, “How Are You, Really?”, Jenna Kutcher. We talk about the importance of quietness, slowing down and being with ourselves more.

I’ve really pumped the brakes in a lot of ways and a lot of spaces in my business, trusting that I know where the gas pedal is when I’m ready to run again.
