What is it? Trello’s boards, lists, and cards enable you to organize and prioritize your projects, business, and team, in a fun, flexible and rewarding way. This is a visual tool that is great for people who want to see their to do list in a “Pinteresty” way. You can use Trello to communicate with your team and clients, keep track of basic tasks, or use it as a project management platform.
How much does it cost? Trello basic is free. Trello Gold is $5.00 per month and offers some enhanced features.
How do I know if I need it? You need a way to organize your business, so YES you need Trello. If you are more visual, then Trello is for you. Asana and Basecamp are also good tools, but Trello has been the only thing that works the way my mind works.
