As parents, our kids are our priority. We want to raise them well and help them grow to be the best version of themselves. We want our kids to grow up to be confident and resilient.

How do we create common language between us and our kids so that we can have meaningful conversations that will instill confidence? How can we show our kids that we respect them and that they are capable?

Founder and CEO of the family mental health and wellness company Mighty + Bright,  Sara Olsher joins me for this episode to talk about the different ways we can support and encourage our kids, and how we can teach them valuable skills that will help them grow. Sara also shares her story about her journey into helping families through difficult times.

We treat kids with a different expectation than we have for ourselves.
