    Great advice! I especially enjoy what you said about “setting specific boundaries” because I TOTALLY struggle with that. Also, having a very detailed action plan to get things done in 10 minute increments. So many others just don’t “get it”. They can’t figure out that I am not able to sit down and bang out 8 hours of work!
