Black Friday has come and gone, and I didn’t do a sale this year. Why? I just didn’t want to.

So many of us get wrapped up in doing seasonal sales because that’s what we think we ‘should’ be doing, but we seldom give much thought to whether or not we actually want to do them. Ladies, I don’t want that for us! Our lives should be full of the things we enjoy.

That being said, choosing not to follow the trends isn’t always easy, especially if we’re constantly seeing and hearing what everyone else is doing. How can we get better at focusing on what’s important to us?

In this episode, I’m introducing the idea of business meditation, so we can stop feeling pressure to follow the trends and zone in on creating the kind of lives that bring us joy.

“If we’re always beholden to the trends, we won’t get to a place where things are easy, and I want them to be easy for you!”

-Dana Malstaff

Three Things You’ll Learn in This Episode

  • How to use meditation in our businesses
Many of us use meditation to re-center ourselves in our daily lives, but how could we apply the practice in our businesses?
  • The key to re-evaluating what we really need to do
How many opportunities are we actually losing out on by not following the trends, and what do we just think we’re missing?
  • How to approach the tasks we do need to do (but don’t want to)
Sometimes, there are things that have to be done, regardless of whether or not we enjoy them. Is there a way they could be handled without our direct involvement?

IF YOU DON’T LIKE SALES AND MARKETING, BUT WANT A 6 FIGURE+ BUSINESS, THEN THIS IS FOR YOU!

Do you ever feel like you need a coach to help you reach your goals? Of course you have, we all have, and you DO need support, guidance, and accountability. The challenge is that you have always believed that you needed to spend thousands of dollars to get the attention and guidance you need. UNTIL NOW!! (ok I always wanted to be super dramatic and say that)

But really, we built the Nurture to Convert Society to be the ONLY (and I really mean the only) group coaching program that offers a member-centric approach that provides so much more support and guidance than any program you have already paid for or hoped you could find.

For every wonderfully brained Boss Mom who feels like
they just can’t seem to figure out how to get their business to grow.

Who doesn’t just want a coach telling them WHAT to do, but one that will actually show them HOW to do it (we are talking step-by-step). Who wants to be a part of a vibrant private community that provides meaningful feedback AND get personalized coaching from an experienced marketing/content expert.

A Boss Mom who knows that her beautifully unpredictable schedule isn’t something that needs to be fixed to be successful (because you can’t), and wants to follow a system that will get results without sacrificing family time.

If you want to join a group coaching program that gives you specific (and flexible) guidance, makes you feel supported, gives you just-in-time decision support, becomes your new community home, and helps you reach your sales and marketing goals in a way that feels easy, fun, and not so time-consuming. Then you have found your new home my friend.
