Erin Kendall is our Boss Mom of the Week. Erin Kendall currently lives in San Diego, but is originally from Pennsylvania. She has been following her passion for fitness, family and perpetual optimism for over a decade. While she didn’t always value a healthy lifestyle, it’s something she can’t shake. Living in sunny San Diego, she utilizes the perfect climate to explore and enjoy the outdoors with her family year round. Erin is using her passion to bring in-person and online fitness tools, community and resources to every mom, everywhere. She fell in love with the idea of sharing a healthy lifestyle while studying Exercise Science and Program Design at University of California, San Diego. She also writes and volunteers for a local neighborhood publication helping make connections and create value in community.

Tell us a little bit about your family and your Boss Mom journey.

My journey began when I owned and managed a personal training studio here in San Diego.  While pregnant with my second, I didn’t see how I could make that work with two littles and so much work to do at the studio.  After selling that business I took some time to explore different career paths, which brought me right back here… to fitness.  I’m more excited than ever to be in the Boss Mom group and learn about so many opportunities and resources that go outside of the typical business structure.  My son is 2 and my daughter is 4.  I also have my husband who I married after we were high school sweethearts!
