  1. hi Dana! I just listened to your interview on the Chasing Dreams & Littles podcast so I popped over to your site. I love what you shared here. I’m not a fan of “launching” I believe if I have a product or service that can help change peoples lives WHY would I make them wait to buy it!? I also know that group coaching is my jam. I tried “launching” a mastermind in April, no one would commit. Then in may I taught a beta course called Create Your Authentic Marketing™ Plan and had 270 students register (woah!) of those students 13 have signed on as a “Beta For Life” students which means for the price of one course they get access to all the courses and group coaching I ever create. I know have this amazing group of women who support each other and help me grow my services as I help them grow their business. I love helping “onboard” them with a strategy session and the thought that they work with you for years to come. I see so many coaching models built on “high ticket” packages you sell once… which again is like launching and never made sense to me. If I’m going to get to know someone and work with them I want to continue to support them not just for 3 or 6 months.

I have 2 questions for you…. 1) how did you get your first group of people and how many were there in the first round? 2) do you do any sort of incentive or bonus when they rejoin for 6months?
